This enhanced version of the PHP Manual would never come to existence, if the following people would not help with their contribution to the project (in no particular order):

• Holger Eggert, who created the two default designs, and provided many usability tips
• Gonzalo De la Pena Andreu, who added many comments on how it would be ideal to provide the skinnable interface
